چکیده
This study was carried out to determine in vitro development using Black cumin leaf and stem explants. ?ameli black variety used as plant material. Five different nutrient mediums (1. LS2.5, 2. MS, 3. MS + 0.5 mg.l-1 IAA, 4. BAP, 5. IAA BAP) containing 30 g sugar were this study. As a result of the research, 100% callus formation detected explants cultured number 1 5 mediums. These followed by medium 4 with success rate 96%. Of rate, 66% shoot formation, 30% formation. Direct regeneration performed only on 3, four 36% The highest regenerations from calluses gained (273.3%) 4, (262.5%) same medium. cultures derived (255%) (150%). No determined 1. Thus it is evident that high auxin content auxin-cytokinin balanced encouraged plants. addition or BAP promoted explants, but direct not thereby achieved results show that, for clonal propagation studies done plants, preferable if aim If regeneration, other cytokinin-containing preferred.
